About the position

We are expanding our sales department and are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Israel) to join our growing team. As the Customer Success Manager (Israel), you will help Lendai customers navigate the different loan application stages, from submission to closing. You will develop unique relationships with existing and new customers and remain available to them before and throughout the loan process. You will work with Sales Executives, Product Managers, and the Underwriting team to provide a seamless and professional experience to our valued customers and foreign real estate investors in the US.

Location

This is a full-time position from our Israel office, with option for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers before initiating the process and ensure a successful conversion rate
  • Analyze the customers’ portfolio in the field of real estate investments in the U.S. and suggest the best financial solution based on the info extracted
  • Present product information to clients and answer all questions they might have
  • Guide our borrowers through their loan process towards a successful and quick closing
  • Improve the onboarding of new customers to our online platform and walk them through the process
  • Support our customers and constantly engage with them, including customers needing assistance to advance
  • Manage and track our customers’ loan applications to prioritize action items and to improve conversion and customer satisfaction over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in B2B or B2C customer service/sales.
  • Understanding of the US real estate market
  • Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills
  • A person that is always looking to provide the best service
  • A proactive problem-solver, multi-tasker, and effective performer under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently as a self-starter
  • Great presentation skills
  • Good mastery of the Office suite
  • Excellent Hebrew and English written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.

Bonus Points for

  • 1+ years of professional experience in the US residential real estate market (realtor, property manager, RE entrepreneur, service provider)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience in the mortgage industry is an advantage.
